There is virtually no better piece of literature written on the topic that this book covers. I have used it to program many routines that have proved very effective for myself. It's concise enough given the overwhelming amount of information in there. The injury prevention (prehab) and rehab section is fantastic also.

A+, this book is the real deal if you are serious about calisthenics.
